Every week we'll e-meet to discuss our plans, activities, feelings, inspiration and get accountable, creative and open.  I'll be sharing a lesson and activities in each area and doing a Q&A. I don't have all the answers, but I've worked with some great people with most of the answers.

 

Doing this helped me leave a terrible, abusive relationship and find a healthy, beautiful relationship, finally stop fearing myself to death and actually go after my writing career, non-stop and parent from a place of joy and empowerment, not to mention from a full cup...I put my mask on first and I don't feel guilty about it because I know if I can't breathe I can't do anything for my kids (or their friends).
